The Art of Letting Go
The Art of Letting Go is a two-person show featuring new work by Daniel Gaviani and Elsa Campbell.
At its core, the exhibit is about release—letting go of control, ego, grief, expectations… whatever it is that’s been taking up too much space.

Elsa Campbell’s series The Beautiful Unknown is a response to anxiety and fear of the unknown. A color palette based on nature offsets the intense and powerful marks, providing visceral relief. Her second series, Seen and Unseen, obliquely references landscape and language by alternating mark-making and obliteration of marks to create layers that are revealed and obscured.

Daniel’s pieces are raw and layered—faces come and go, gestures get buried and revealed. It’s messy on purpose. It’s about feeling something, not polishing it.

Together, their work turns the gallery into a space for reflection. It’s not a show about answers. It’s about what happens when we stop gripping so tightly—and let something shift.
