About
Contemporary Artist, Gaviani

is a multidisciplinary artist whose work blends abstraction, political critique, and emotional depth. Working primarily in acrylic and mixed media - including recycled and discarded materials - Gaviani's paintings explore internal psychological landscapes, inviting viewers to reflect on themes of healing, release, and identity.

His installations, such as "A Step in Their Shoes?" confront issues like human migrations and systematic oppression, using found objects and symbolic arrangements to provoke dialogue and empathy. In 2024, the Boston Globe photographed this installment and he was interviewed on Quincy Public Television and ZUMIX FM Radio.

Daniel Gaviani's upcoming show with Elsa Campbell examines how personal traumas can be transformed through art for National Mental Health Awareness month.

Gaviani was born in 1995 and is based in Quincy, Massachusetts. He sees art as both a meditative practice and a call to action.
